Job Advocate Support Service
What is JASS?
The Job Advocate Support Service (JASS) is a person-centred service which empowers individuals to access employment and work experience. With appropriate and ongoing support from JASS Job Advocates, individuals are supported to become active members of the workforce, becoming financially and socially active in their communities and developing valued social roles.
The service, located in Rossecourt Resource Centre, Balgaddy, Co. Dublin, supports approximately 60 individuals from those starting on their employment journey to others who are in long-term employment.
The JASS team consists of Job Advocates who prepare, train and support individuals to gain employment. JASS Job Advocates liaise closely with both employees and employers at all stages of the employment journey.
