International Accreditation Awarded
We are proud to share the exciting news that Stewarts Care has been awarded additional CARF accreditation for excellence in Respite Services, Services for Children and Youth: Child and Adolescent Services (Stewarts Preschool) and Transitions Services.
Awarded by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International, an independent, non-profit accreditor of health and human services, this award represents the highest level of accreditation that can be given to an organisation.
Rachel O'Kelly, Head of Quality and Compliance stated, "I would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in achieving these awards. CARF accreditation is an indication of our dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the people we support. It was a team effort to prepare for and complete the rigorous accreditation process which involved significant collaboration between teams across the organisation. Thank you to everyone involved for your support.
Our Shared Ambition: Stewarts Care Strategy 2022-2026 specifically outlines our aim to be a high performing organisation, and this award is testament to the ongoing hard work, dedication, and commitment to achieving this ambition.
We should all be very proud of the three newly accredited programmes/services. Once again, thank you and as an organisation, we continue to look forward and strive to deliver the best quality service for the people we support".
